Fermentation in 500 liter barrels from various French oak forests: Allier, Vosges and Nevers. 40% new barrels, the remainder in 2nd year barrels.
Made from the Rabigato, Gouveio, Viosinho and Arinto grape varieties.
In the mineral aroma, with the fruit well married with the smoke of the wood.
In the mouth excellent body and acidity, complex, citrusy and with a very long finish.
